POBRE SHINES IN SWIMMING.

ETHEL Pobre struck for six gold medals, three silvers and two bronzes to lead Coastland Davao Swim Team's campaign in the just-concluded Philippine Olympic Festival (POF) swimming competition in Cagayan de Oro City.

CDST hauled a total of 11 golds, 22 silvers and 20 bronzes in the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association (Pasa)-sanctioned event.

Francisco "Kiko" Isaguirre added three golds, seven silves and two bronzes while Rachel Kehl clinched two golds, three silvers and two bronzes.

CDST's Sweet Altamera won one silver and two bronzes while Mica Isaguirre salvaged one bronze.

The other CDST medalists were Justin Dagdag (four silvers, two bronzes), Amanda Kehl (one silver, one bronze) and Trina Aguelo (one silver). (MLSA)
